Where does EK Property have rooms for rent?
All our rooms are located in Central Auckland.
What are the prices?
We offer single, double & ensuite rooms starting from $200 up to $365 per week including furniture and all expenses (water, power, unlimited internet and private bathrooms for ensuite rooms).
How long is the contract?
Our minimum stay is 12 weeks, however you are welcome to have longer contracts. If you intend to stay less than 12 weeks please contact us to discuss your needs.
Is there a bond (deposit, caution) to pay ?
Yes, 1 weeks bond refundable at the end of the contract.
Can I book a room upfront from overseas?
Yes, you can. Contact us for more information.
What about the cleaning?
The cleanliness of our apartments is something we take seriously. We have a cleaning roster and each room has to clean the common areas once a week or every 2 weeks depending on the property.
Can I use my contract as a proof of address?
Yes, EK Property’s room agreement can be used as a proof of address.
Can I smoke in the flat?
No, you can’t – smoking inside the property including the balcony is not allowed.
